Basically what that means is nobody has to prove the other person did something wrong to get a divorce. There are fault based reasons that still exist in Texas such as adultery or physical abuse and if these apply they may benefit a person in a property or child custody dispute. To file for a divorce in Texas, one of the spouses has to have been a resident of the state for a continuous six-month period. In addition, one of the spouses must have been a resident of the county where the divorce is filed for at least 90 days. While there are contested and uncontested divorces, you are entitled to a divorce if you decide that you want one.
Your spouse cannot keep you from getting a divorce. Education is not required in Texas to become a Paralegal.
